ALTEZA is built on discretion, trust, and an unwavering commitment to the quality of your experience. These terms exist not to complicate that relationship, but to ensure it is clearly understood — protecting both parties so that our focus can remain where it belongs: on designing travel that feels effortless, considered, and entirely your own. We ask that you take a moment to read the following carefully.
1. About Us
ALTEZA (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides bespoke travel advisory, planning, and booking services.
We act as an advisor and intermediary, arranging travel services on behalf of clients with independent third-party suppliers.
2. Scope of Services
ALTEZA provides:
• Travel advice and recommendations
• Itinerary design
• Supplier research and selection
• Booking and reservation assistance
• Ongoing travel support (where applicable)
All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
3. Role & Responsibility
When making bookings on your behalf:
• We act as your agent/intermediary
• Contracts are formed between you and the supplier
Supplier terms & conditions apply in all cases.
We are not responsible for supplier performance.
4. Professional Indemnity Insurance
ALTEZA maintains professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the nature of our services.
Details may be provided upon reasonable request.
5. Pricing & Fees
Most ALTEZA services are provided without a separate planning fee.
However:
• Exceptionally complex itineraries may incur a planning fee
• Fees will always be discussed and agreed in advance
Agreed fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Pricing & Time-Sensitive Availability
Travel pricing and availability are dynamic and subject to change at any time prior to booking confirmation.
Quoted prices, fares, and rates are not guaranteed until payment has been processed and bookings are confirmed by the supplier.
Delays in approval or payment may result in:
• Price increases
• Loss of availability
• Changes to booking conditions
ALTEZA accepts no liability for pricing changes beyond our control.
7. Preferred Partnerships & Client Benefits
ALTEZA may, where available, arrange bookings through preferred partnerships and supplier programmes that offer additional benefits, which may include but are not limited to:
• Room upgrades
• Resort or onboard credits
• Complimentary amenities
• Early check-in / late check-out
• Special privileges or services
While ALTEZA will use reasonable efforts to secure and communicate such benefits:
• All benefits are subject to availability
• Benefits are provided solely at the discretion of the supplier
• Suppliers may modify, substitute, or revoke benefits at any time
ALTEZA does not guarantee the availability, delivery, or specific value of supplier-provided benefits.
Clients are advised to refer to their booking confirmation and applicable rate details for the most accurate description of eligible benefits.
8. Payments
All bookings require payment according to supplier terms.
By authorising payment, clients confirm that:
• Accuracy of traveller details
• Acceptance of supplier pricing
• Acceptance of supplier terms
9. Staged & Instalment Payments
Certain travel arrangements may require staged or instalment payments, including but not limited to cruises, tours, and bespoke travel products.
Clients are responsible for adhering to all supplier payment schedules.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in:
• Cancellation of bookings
• Loss of deposits
• Supplier-imposed penalties
• Loss of reservations
ALTEZA accepts no liability for losses arising from missed payment deadlines.
10. Booking Review & Client Approval
Clients are kindly requested to review all booking details provided by ALTEZA with care, including but not limited to:
• Traveller names
• Dates
• Destinations
• Pricing
• Supplier conditions
• Cancellation terms
No bookings will be confirmed until client approval has been received.
By providing approval, clients confirm that:
• All details are accurate
• All travellers’ information is correct
• Applicable supplier terms have been reviewed and accepted
• Charges are authorised
ALTEZA accepts no liability for errors, discrepancies, or costs arising from approved information.
Changes requested after approval may be subject to supplier penalties and applicable fees.
11. Client Response & Timely Communication
Travel arrangements frequently involve time-sensitive pricing, availability, and supplier deadlines.
Clients are responsible for providing timely responses, approvals, and instructions.
ALTEZA accepts no liability for losses arising from:
• Delayed approvals
• Non-response
• Missed deadlines
• Unavailable pricing or inventory
Where clients fail to respond within reasonable timeframes, proposed arrangements may lapse or require revision.
12. Authorisation & Payment Disputes
By authorising any payment, you confirm that:
• You have reviewed and approved the booking details
• Traveller information is accurate
• Applicable supplier terms have been accepted
• Charges are legitimate and authorised
Clients agree not to initiate unwarranted or fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks for services properly authorised and delivered.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback:
• ALTEZA reserves the right to recover reasonable administrative costs
• Supporting documentation may be provided to payment processors
• Outstanding balances may become immediately due
13. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate:
• Names (exact passport match)
• Dates of birth
• Passport details
We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect information supplied by you.
14. Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations and changes are governed by supplier policies.
Refunds are determined solely by suppliers.
ALTEZA does not guarantee refunds.
Service fees may apply.
15. Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements
You are solely responsible for:
• Passports
• Visas
• Entry requirements
• Health documentation
Visa, passport, and entry requirements are subject to change, often without notice.
ALTEZA provides guidance only and accepts no liability for denied boarding, entry refusal, or related losses.
16. Travel Advice & Destination Risks
Travellers are strongly advised to review official government travel guidance prior to departure.
Relevant sources may include, but are not limited to:
• Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO)
• Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, Unión Europea y Cooperación
• US Department of State
• Other applicable national authorities
Travel advice, safety conditions, and entry requirements are subject to change, often without notice.
ALTEZA accepts no liability for losses, disruptions, or consequences arising from:
• Changes in travel advice
• Government restrictions
• Security conditions
• Destination-related risks
17. Travel Advice & Insurance Considerations
Changes or downgrades in official government travel advice may impact travel insurance coverage.
Travellers are responsible for verifying coverage implications directly with their insurer.
ALTEZA accepts no liability for:
• Insurance exclusions
• Coverage limitations
• Policy invalidation
18. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
In certain circumstances, and upon request, ALTEZA may assist in arranging suitable travel insurance.

• Insurance contracts are formed with the insurer
• Insurer terms & conditions apply
Failure to obtain insurance is at your own risk.
19. Supplier Failures & Disruptions
We are not liable for:
• Delays
• Cancellations
• Schedule changes
• Supplier insolvency
We will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
20. Supplier Changes & Modifications
Travel suppliers may modify or change elements of travel arrangements, including but not limited to:
• Schedules
• Aircraft types
• Accommodation
• Routes
• Services or amenities
Such changes are outside ALTEZA’s control.
Clients acknowledge that:
• Supplier terms govern modifications
• Changes do not automatically entitle refunds
• Alternative arrangements may be offered by suppliers
ALTEZA accepts no liability for supplier-initiated changes.
21. Force Majeure
We are not liable for events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Pandemics
• Political unrest
• Government restrictions
• Transport disruptions
• Acts of terrorism
22. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
ALTEZA operates in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
We cannot facilitate travel arrangements where doing so would breach laws or regulations, including but not limited to:
• International sanctions regimes
• Trade restrictions
• Government-imposed prohibitions (including OFAC regulations)
• Applicable financial crime legislation
In particular:
• We may be unable to facilitate travel arrangements involving restricted destinations, entities, or individuals, including those classified as “US Persons” under applicable regulations.
Clients are solely responsible for understanding:
• Their legal status
• Applicable travel restrictions
• Eligibility to travel
ALTEZA accepts no liability for losses arising from legal or regulatory restrictions affecting travel.
23. Anti-Bribery & Improper Conduct
ALTEZA will not engage in, facilitate, or condone bribery, corruption, or improper inducements of any kind.
Clients agree not to request, propose, or suggest any arrangement that could reasonably be considered unlawful, unethical, or in breach of applicable regulations.
We reserve the right to decline or terminate services where concerns arise regarding improper conduct.
24. Sanctions & Restricted Parties
ALTEZA cannot facilitate travel arrangements that may breach applicable sanctions regimes or legal restrictions.
We reserve the right to request information reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
Failure to provide requested information may result in refusal or cancellation of services.
25. Right to Decline Bookings
ALTEZA reserves the right to decline or refuse travel arrangements at our discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
• Legal, regulatory or reputational risk
• Supplier limitations
• Safety considerations
• Operational constraints
26. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
ALTEZA’s liability is limited to the value of fees paid directly to ALTEZA.
We are not liable for:
• Indirect losses
• Consequential damages
• Supplier-related failures
Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.
27. Client Verification & Due Diligence
ALTEZA reserves the right to conduct reasonable client verification and due diligence checks where necessary.
Such checks may be undertaken for purposes including, but not limited to:
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
• Fraud prevention
• Risk management
• Supplier or payment processing requirements
Clients agree to provide information reasonably requested for verification purposes.
Failure to provide requested information may result in:
• Delay of services
• Refusal of bookings
• Termination of arrangements
All information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
28. Intellectual Property
All itineraries, proposals, and materials remain ALTEZA property unless otherwise agreed.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
The courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
