From there, ALTEZA handles everything — from itinerary design and hotel selection to transfers, private experiences, and any arrangements in between.

  • ALTEZA is remunerated through supplier partnerships and commissions, meaning there is typically no direct fee for our service. In some cases — particularly for complex, multi-destination itineraries — a planning fee may apply. This will always be discussed and agreed upfront.

  • Everything from a single well-chosen hotel stay to extended multi-destination journeys. ALTEZA also specialises in cruise travel across ocean, river, and expedition lines, as well as milestone trips such as honeymoons and anniversary journeys. No itinerary is too brief or too complex.

  • Beyond the time and clarity ALTEZA provides, clients benefit from a range of privileges not available through direct booking — preferred rates, room upgrades, daily breakfast, resort credits, and tailored amenities, arranged through our partner programmes with leading hotel groups worldwide.

  • Yes. ALTEZA works with partners and suppliers across the globe, and there is no geographical limitation on where we can design a journey. From a city break in Europe to an expedition in Patagonia — if it’s worth doing well, we’re well placed to help.

  • Yes. ALTEZA only works with suppliers who meet UK financial protection requirements, ensuring your money is secure from the moment you confirm a booking. Where arrangements are made through our trusted supplier partners, full financial protection applies under the UK Package Travel Regulations — and you will receive confirmation of this directly from the supplier along with your booking documentation.

    ALTEZA does not book flights, which means ATOL protection — a scheme specific to flight-inclusive packages — does not apply to our arrangements. For clients wishing to arrange flights independently, we are always happy to advise on the best approach.

  • ALTEZA operates as an independent travel advisor in affiliation with Fora Travel, a Virtuoso-member agency. This relationship underpins the partner programmes, preferred rates, and privileged access that ALTEZA clients benefit from.
